Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer several shipping rate options (see chart below), and free standard shipping for all orders $100+ so make sure to protect the whole family! Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off the weight of your entire order, including shipping packaging.

Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories. Please note this does not include orders shipped to Canada.

For Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard and Expedited Orders
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our pick, pack and ship team will get to work on getting your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days; but typically a less than 24 hours turn around time can be expected. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive! For Expedited Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 1 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), then our pick, pack and ship team will ship your order that day! Please allow for 1 to 2 additional business days for your masks to arrive depending on the expedited option that you choose!
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Shipping Rates

We are currently offering international shipping to the following countries:

Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and India.
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

International Processing Times

Standard and Expedited Orders
For standard international shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our pick, pack and ship team will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 21 additional business days based on the shipping method you chose at checkout! Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.

For Expedited International Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 1 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), then our pick, pack and ship team will ship your order that day! Please allow for 24 hours for your order to process and refer to the chart above for standard shipping times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. If your order status reads “Open,” then your order has been successfully submitted. If your order status reads “Shipped,” your order is prepared for shipment and you will see the delivery tracking number assigned to your order.
