Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds due to possible cross-contamination related to COVID 19, which means once we receive your mask it must be discarded. We apologize for any inconvenient this may cause and will do everything we can to keep you satisfied.

All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
\
Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
\
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn in their original packaging.
\
Include a copy of your email receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
\
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
\
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Gift Cards – Store Credit

Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and send via email. If we missed anything just drop us a line at info@acemask.com and we’ll be sure to address it quickly!

An additional form of payment will be required at checkout should your order tally more than your in-store credit.

Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.

Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Our shipping team is always trying to break records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Again, sorry for any inconvenience

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if our shipping team has not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, just simply place a new order and if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at info@acemask.comand include both order numbers in your message.
